The contact record is not accessible via the saved search or the workflow as it is more than one join away. However, there is only one native email address on the customer record and no ability to define that contacts should receive emails because the contact email addresses are not stored on the transaction record or the customer record. Saved searches and workflows can be utilized to send Emails containing NetSuite transactions to any recipients when these are created or updated. NetSuite does not offer the option to send the transaction to your contact records. Additionally, the process that triggers the submission of the Email needs to be run on a page by page basis and each page only has 100 customers. The limitation is that the statement will only be sent to the one native email address on the customer record. Generating statements and emailing them to customers is a native functionality in NetSuite. This article will provide a brief summary of what the limitation is and two alternatives that will solve this problem and allow users to send transactions to multiple email addresses. Very frequently, NetSuite users request a solution to overcome this limitation. There is also native functionality to automatically send all statements to customers, but this process does not allow for multiple parties to be emailed, which can be frustrating when there are contacts or other related parties that need to be informed about business transactions. When emailing directly from the transaction, you can email more than one party, but finding those secondary email addresses is manual and cumbersome. We currently do not have an option to export all invoices into a PDF file per invoice.NetSuite’s ability to email Invoices or Statements to customers is a feature that is useful, but also limited. Please note that all invoices that appear on your invoices page post applying filters will be exported into one PDF file by doing this. Select the appropriate email that contains the invoice and click on ' Proceed' These email notifications can be configured under Configure Chargebee > Email notifications > Manual Emails. Earlier, the pages will be paginated which may prolong your search however with the new enhancement as you scroll down the list it will load all other data in a single page as highlighted below on the screenshot. Note: On the recent UI enhancement yo u can now scroll the index pages - Customers, Subscriptions, Invoices, and Credit Notes vertically. Now click on ' Email' to send an email to all those customers associated with the list of invoices. The relevant list of invoices will be seen on the page. This will send emails to the associated customers.Įxample: First you can filter invoices by their status as 'unpaid' + Plan contains 'ABC' and apply filter. You can pick your relevant bulk operation and perform it on the invoices. We don't have a direct bulk operation to send invoices but there is an option to send bulk emails to customers with the invoices, go to the invoices index page, apply the relevant filter and click on more actions > Email Customers. To create Invoices in bulk for the current subscriptions using the filter on your Chargebee site, you will need to navigate to Settings > Import & Export Data > Choose a Bulk Operation on your Chargebee site to perform this operation.
